Senior TA Specialist
ReOrbit is looking for a Senior TA Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and play a critical role in scaling our satellite engineering and mission critical functions globally.
As our Senior TA Specialist you will lead end to end recruitment for highly specialized technical roles across spacecraft engineering, mission operations, flight software, and space systems. You will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to build hiring strategies, talent pipelines, and sourcing frameworks tailored to the global space ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and hard-to-hire technical roles across the space domain (satellite engineering, avionics, payload, flight software, systems engineering, mission operations, etc.).
Act as a strategic talent partner to leadership, advising on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and talent market intelligence.
Build and maintain strong global pipelines of space-industry professionals across Europe, North America, and emerging space hubs.
Design targeted sourcing strategies leveraging niche space-industry communities, research networks, universities, and specialist conferences.
Drive recruitment process excellence, ensuring structured, efficient, and data-driven hiring practices.
Partner with the Talent Lead to define hiring KPIs, forecasting, and recruitment analytics.
Mentor and support recruiters within the team, contributing to capability development and recruiting best practices.
Ensure outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Collaborate with employer branding to position the company strongly within the global new-space talent market.
Skills and Requirements
10+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, including extensive hiring within the space, aerospace or satellite sector.
Proven track record hiring senior and highly specialized engineering profiles in the space ecosystem.
Deep understanding of global space industry talent markets, competitors and sourcing channels.
Experience recruiting for hardware intensive deep tech environments or high complexity engineering organizations.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise senior leadership.
Experience working in high-growth startup or scale up environments is strongly preferred.
Data driven mindset with experience using ATS, recruiting analytics and hiring performance metrics.
Fluent English required; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
