Lead Satellite AIT Technician
ReOrbit is looking for a Lead Satellite AIT Technician. The person will be responsible for overseeing a project within the ReOrbit integration team. As our Lead Satellite AIT Technician, you will manage a group of technicians with daily stand-ups, ensuring they are properly trained and ensure that all required integration processes are in place.

Responsibilities
Managing and supporting the integration of next generation satellites
Support AIT activities during test and launch campaigns
Overseeing the installation, updating, and maintenance of production systems and equipment.
Ensuring the team's productivity and quality of work by creating good working culture in the clean room.
Training and mentoring junior technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.
Keeping accurate records of the satellite build step and progress.
Adhering to all quality, local safety- standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment in the production area.
Skills and Requirements
3 years of hands-on experience as a general technician
At least 2 years of integration experience in aerospace
