ReOrbit is looking for a Lead Satellite AIT Technician. The person will be responsible for overseeing a project within the ReOrbit integration team. As our Lead Satellite AIT Technician, you will manage a group of technicians with daily stand-ups, ensuring they are properly trained and ensure that all required integration processes are in place.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting the integration of next generation satellites

• Support AIT activities during test and launch campaigns

• Overseeing the installation, updating, and maintenance of production systems and equipment.

• Ensuring the team's productivity and quality of work by creating good working culture in the clean room.

• Training and mentoring junior technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.

• Keeping accurate records of the satellite build step and progress.

• Adhering to all quality, local safety- standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment in the production area.

Skills and Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on experience as a general technician

• At least 2 years of integration experience in aerospace
