ReOrbit is looking for a Junior Supply Chain Specialist to help manage our growing supplier network and ensure the smooth flow of critical components for satellite production.

This role is based in Helsinki, Finland, and offers an exciting opportunity to grow together with ReOrbit on its upward trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Work within a growing strategic Procurement team taking the best from new space and legacy space
  
• Support procurement of satellite components, materials, and services.
  
• Track supplier performance and manage purchase orders.
  
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
  
• Assist with inventory control and ERP system updates.
  
• Contribute to supplier relationship management and cost optimisation initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field welcome but not essential.
  
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement, or logistics.
  
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
  
• Enthusiasm for the space industry and eagerness to learn.
