Talent Acquisition Partner
ReOrbit is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing People and HR team to support our continued growth. You’ll be responsible for owning full-cycle recruitment across engineering, technical, commercial and operational roles. You will play a key strategic role in scaling our team with individuals who are not only technically excellent but also a strong cultural fit.
This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how to build strong pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a world-class candidate experience, all while adapting quickly in a dynamic fast-growing environment. This position will report into our Chief of Staff.

Responsibilities
- Own and execute the full recruitment life cycle for technical and strategic roles (engineering, software, systems, etc.).
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and success metrics.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, etc.).
- Develop and champion efficient, inclusive, and data-driven hiring processes.
- Conduct screening interviews and manage candidate communications from application to offer.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top destination for talent in the satellite and broader tech sector.
- Maintain ATS integrity and deliver accurate reporting and insights on recruiting metrics.
- Advise leadership on talent market trends, compensation benchmarking, and recruitment best practices.
Skills and Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in space industry or high-growth technology companies.
- A strong understanding of technical roles and how to assess relevant experience (e.g., software engineering, system engineering, hardware, embedded systems).
- Previous experience in the space, aerospace, defence industry, telecommunications or deep tech industries.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill, niche roles across global markets.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- High degree of ownership and accountability, with a bias for action and results.
