The Marketing Manager will support the planning and execution of marketing and communication activities to strengthen the company’s brand presence and contribute to business growth. This role includes coordinating digital marketing efforts, supporting public relations activities, assisting in content creation, and managing social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in marketing, excellent communication skills in English, and a proactive, hands-on approach to collaboration and execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, print, event, and social media channels.
• Support the creation of engaging and high-quality content for the website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate social media activities, ensuring consistent brand voice and timely posts across platforms.
• Help organize and support company participation in global industry events and trade shows.
• Collaborate with the sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure marketing content and messages align with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
• Assist with public relations tasks such as drafting press releases and maintaining media lists.
• Contribute to internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor marketing activity.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role with minimum 5 years, preferably within the space and defence industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
