ReOrbit is seeking an HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team. This role is perfect for a highly organised individual with a background in HR administration who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in assisting recruitment efforts and ensuring seamless HR operations while contributing to our continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accurate employee records and compliance with internal policies.
• Assist in onboarding new hires, preparing contracts, coordinating orientations, and ensuring a seamless transition.
• Provide administrative support to HR functions, including benefits administration, payroll coordination, and performance management tracking.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating feedback.
• Handle recruitment-related administrative tasks, including drafting offer letters and maintaining candidate records.

Skills and Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR or recruitment support role, ideally within a technology start-up.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience using HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with candidates and employees.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
