Head of Marketing & Communications
The Head of Marketing and Communications will be responsible for leading comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand presence and drive business growth. This role involves overseeing all marketing and communication activities, including digital marketing, public relations, content creation, market trends and social media management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to lead a dynamic team with experience in technology domain.

Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate messaging, marketing strategies and branding to align with company goals and objectives.
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including gobal events, digital, print, and social media.
- Manage the company's public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communication.
- Lead all aspects of communications including strategy, change, and internal.
- Oversee the content creation process, ensuring high-quality and engaging content for the company's website, gobal events, and social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Own global marketing platforms and processes to foster alignment with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer relations, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources internally and externally to maximize impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Design and execute high-impact multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting B2B and B2G segment.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with minimum 10 years, preferably within the space and defence industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english.
- Experience in public relations and media management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
